將表格填寫完畢，可以親自送到辦事處，或是用郵寄的方式繳交
如果沒有拿到學校Application，告知去旅遊散心就可以囉
離境可以為任何國家，但一定要有出境機票才可以辦理菲律賓簽證
如果是用郵寄的方式，才需要填第二張喔～
用郵寄的方式，資料要去做JP喔～
